Facts you need to know
+ Werewolves were first created to control the vampire population.
+ You do not need to be bitten to become a werewolf. It is something in your gene that sense's a vampire's presence and that sets you into werewolf motion.
+ A "full moon" does not cause a werewolf to phase. They usually phase when they are feeling an extreme amount of emotion. Normally, they can control when they phase but they cannot stop it from happening when extremely angry.
+ The werewolf travels in a pack. The pack can number anywhere from 3 wolves to 50 and they are so close that they could easily be siblings.
+ There is always a pack leader or "alpha male".
+ While they are phased, the pack can read each other's thoughts and emotions. They can communicate back and forth.
+ When you turn into a werewolf (even if you're not phased) you stop aging completely.
+ If a werewolf doesn't phase for a few months, they will once again begin to age.
+ Werewolves are very durable and can withstand a lot. Much like a vampire, their bodies are like solid steel and it would take a significant amount of force to injure them.
+ Part of the turning process of going from human to werewolf is that the person ages to adulthood. (Eg. They are 16 but look 25.)
+ Werewolves are able to do something, called "imprinting". Imprinting is when the werewolf finds their better half or perfect match. Some would say that this is when they find their soul mate, but this is incorrect. The werewolf would automatically feel a deep attachment to this person, willing to throw their lives on the line for this person. They will be whatever the person wants them to be, whether that is a best friend, big brother/sister or lover. The imprinted person is always of the opposite sex.
+ When a werewolf phases, they begin to tremble from head to toe than explode into fur and wolfishness.
+ They can be unpredictable and dangerous.
+ Their natural body temperature feels as if they have been placed in an oven for 3 hours.
+ Werewolves have awesome strength and endurance.
+ Their only enemy is the vampire.
+ Silver does not hurt them, only vampires and other wolves do.
Appearance
Werewolves look absolutely human when not phased. The only exception may be their unusual size. Males averaging 6'5 – 6'10" in height in their human form, one can only picture their gargantuan proportions as a wolf. Females can pull a stunning 5'12 – 6'5".
The werewolf looks like a normal wolf about the size of a large horse or small moose. They vary in fur color, just as humans do hair color. Some of their snouts are long and drawn out, others are short and round. It just depends on who you are as a human. The longer their human hair is, the longer their fur is.
