What a fantastic way to spend a perfectly good saturday, planning a wedding. Bella scowled at the idea as she lay, stretched across her bed with loud music blaring from her speakers. She felt like the typical rebellious teenager, locked away in their rooms listening to music at a level that would make a deaf-person's ears bleed. Maybe she wouldn't be able to hear the door if Alice knocked. Luckily, Charlie was in La Push fishing with Billy for the day so he wouldn't mind the fact that the house was nearly shuddering on it's supports from the noise.
Bella's eyes looked grumpily around her room and rested themselves on the window. It wasn't even raining! As a matter of fact, the sky was filled with patches of blue, threatening to reveal the ever hiding sun. This farther intensified Bella's unhappy mood, she could be anywhere else... but no. She was here. Waiting to discuss the ever-looming wedding.
The more she thought about it, the more she wanted to hide under the quilt that lay across her bed. It was so soon. Too soon. But it was one of the promises she had made to Edward. It had to be done, there was no way around it.
But why couldn't the girl just run away to Las Vegas and get married by Elvis? He was the king! Who wouldn't want to be married by the king... Bella would rather be doing that than having the huge "invite everyone in town along with all of your relatives" deal that Alice seemed to be planning.
The thoughts nearly made Bella want to have a fit. You know the ones that 2 year old's have when they can't get icecream, throwing themselves on the floor and flailing around until they get what they want. Instead, she picked up her pillow and forcefully screamed into it with all of her might.
After a few minutes, the human's throat began to hurt and she ceased. Throwing the pillow across the room, it hit the wall with a dull 'thump' and landed on the ground. This still hadn't satisfied that unsettled feeling Bella was getting in the pit of her stomach. It was anxious and annoyed.
Shaking her head spitefully, Bella sighed and rubbed her forehead. As she raised her hand to her face, her wide brown eyes noticed a particular piece of jewelry on her right wrist. On the silver chain-link bracelette was a hand-carved, wooden wolf figure and a diamond heart. Of course, it wasn't real diamond... Bella didn't think. Edward had never really given her a straight answer on it, but the charm was far too big to be real...
But it was mostly the wood carving that saddened Bella. That was who she needed right now. Besides Edward, it was Jacob who Bella wanted to talk to. It had been so long since they last saw eachother, weeks atleast. The pair definitely weren't on the best terms because of a certain transformation that Bella would be making just after the wedding. She wished so badly to spend her last human days with Jake, but so far, she wasn't holding high hopes.
Again Bella wished she had the pillow back so she may scream some more. Regardless of how it hurt her throat, being away from the two people Bella loved most was far more painful. Hopefully Edward would come along with Rosalie and Alice to do some of the planning. It would make the situation much more bearable.

It was Saturday and Rosalie couldn't decide if she was happy about it or not. The past few weeks had been boring, almost to the point of being tortuously so. It seemed as if Rosalie became more irritable and restless everyday. Now that she'd graduated, she wasn't free to go outside as much. So she spent her days in her big room, trying to find ways to distract herself. Her latest object of focus was Edward and Bella's upcoming wedding. The wedding required so much planning that it was easy to forget everything else.
Then there were the days when the monster in Rosalie would struggle to surface, breaking her concentration completely. Today happened to be one of those days. Rosalie breathed a dramatic sigh as she searched her closet for something to wear. In some ways Rosalie regretted volunteering to help. On a personal level, it would have been so much easier to sulk in her room and avoid her family. Rosalie knew how much that would have hurt everyone. Her behavior would have created unnecessary tension as well. Helping with the plans was by far the most sensible decision.
Her pale fingers danced along the many fabrics, searching for the perfect outfit. An outfit that didn't call too much attention, but at the same time showed that she meant business. She settled on a light pink spaghetti strap dress and a cropped black sweater. Rosalie pulled half of her long golden hair up, tying it back with a matching pink ribbon. She couldn't help but to smile as she admired her reflection in the mirror. She was much more presentable than the last time she visited Bella.
Rosalie slipped into a pair of black ballet flats before making her way down the stairs and out the door. She hesitated for a brief moment, wondering if she should wait for Alice or not. It's not like she won't know I'm leaving. She reassured herself as she climbed into her car. Rosalie needed to clear her head and get her emotions under control before she got to Bella's house. What better way to do that then driving?
The car ride didn't last as long as she hoped it would. In what felt like seconds she'd reached her destination. Rosalie turned off her engine with a small groan. She was tempted to sit in her car and wait for Alice to arrive, but that'd probably bring on unwanted questions. In a few graceful steps Rosalie found herself in front of Bella's door. She raised her fist and tapped out three quick knocks. "Bella!" She called out in a musical voice, failing miserably to hide her annoyance. This is going to be an interesting day.

Sighing, Bella remained in her own little world, swaying to the music. She was desperately trying to forget everything that was going on in her life at that moment. It was like Bella wanted to escape for just a brief moment in time. The music really was extremely loud, filling Bella's ears. She wouldn't be able to hear if anyone came to the door, but the human pretended that she didn'tt know that small piece of information and went on with her brooding. Sure, they'd be mad, but if they really wanted to, they could easily reach the window.
Bella had a right to do this! A right to be a teenager if she wanted to be! And a right to be human, for what little time she had left. Alice would just have to deal with the fact that Bella was done with going along with all the wedding plans. She was fed up with it all. Something Alice had said a few weeks ago struck Bella and she stopped her rebellious attitude for a moment. Alice had said that it would do Bella and Edward good to get away for a little while before the wedding. A pre-wedding hunnymoon of sorts.
It really would do Bella an enormous amount of good to get out of Forks for a few days. To simply forget everything, just as she was trying to now. Agreeing to it, Bella decided she'd ask Edward about it next time she saw him. That would be soon she hoped.
Continuing with her moment, the human once again sat back and closed her eyes, pretending that she didn't have anything to do and she wasn't expecting company. Yes, she was losing her mind. Bella had already accepted that awhile ago and was just trying to move on.
The song "Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis" came on and Bella's eyes snapped open again. For some reason, this song seemed quite appropriate at the moment, and Bella began to sing it as loud as physically possible. Her voice sounded like a chainsaw, but that was alright because it could barely be heard above the music.

A tall, slightly skinny man could be seen ducking into and out of shady spots, on his way to the Swan residence. He knew today was a big planning day, one Alice had been thinking about for a couple of days now. She got all excited about it, as did he. But he had a feeling that his and Bella's wedding ment more to Alice than she let on. Edward finally reached the street he was looking for. He didn't need his acute hearing to hear the music that Bella was trying to deafen people with. A smile came to his lips as they curled upward. Within moments, he was perched on her window like a cat.
As he learned to block the voices in his head constantly, he did his best to block the music out of his head. He smiled as he watched Bella lay there on the bed, singing obnoxiously. He heard the doorbell and knew by the thoughts it was his 'sister' Rosalie. He chuckled to himself before he lifted his head to look at her properly. "You know, it's rude to ignore guests that you have invited over and leave them at the door," his velvet voice taunted. His smile was still turned upward as his darker eyes met her bright ones.

At first, Bella hadn't noticed the guy who was sitting on the sill of her window. She still seemed to be absorbed in her own mind and music. It wasn't until Edward opened his mouth to speak that she actually realized his presence in the small room. Quite startled by his sudden appearence, Bella let out a small scream, slapped her hand across her mouth and attempted to steady herself from falling off of the bed simultaneously.
Her heart rate had doubled in pace and she stared wide-eyed at Edward. Perhaps it disturbed her more than it should have because one of her senses was a bit numbed with the song that was playing. Once she had recovered to some degree, a wave of embarassment washed through Bella and she blushed a deep shade of scarlet. Instantly, Bella swung herself off of her bed and ran to the stereo, shakily pressing the 'Stop' button.
The music followed the button's directions and Bella could finally hear properly, though it was a bit fuzzy. It felt as though someone had stuffed cotton balls in her ears. "I..." Bella's voice was scratchy as she turned back to Edward, still feeling the heat on her face, "I didn't know that anyone was here..."

Alice bounded her way towards Bella's house, well, she was actually running and it was a running that no human eye would be able to spot her as she by passed them all. Once she reached the house, she slowed down and make her way into the girls house. She had noticed that Charlie's car wasn't there, which meant this was going to be a bit better than one might have planned.
Alice made her way up the stairs, silently, of course, and bounded in with a wide smile on her face into Bella's room. She saw Rose and Edward both there, with Bella "Hey guys!" she exclaimed. Her eyes scanned over them all, and went right back towards Bella "So, are we all ready??" She questioned.
The pixie-like vampire was exteremly happy today--she got to spend time away from everyone, and was just only with Jasper, her love. It was a grand time, though, the two of them were actually gone more than they should have been, but it helped Alice to clear her head and get back on track. She was all fed and her eyes were their lovely butterscoth color, with a sparkle of glee running through them.

Edward laughed, coming off of the windowsill. "It's alright Bella, I like watching you," the velvet voice went on, as Esward noticed that her cheeks were a lovely shade of scarlet. It had been so long since his face did that, he had almost forgotten how it happened. "Sorry for startling you love," he said, moving towards her, swiftly. In a couple strides, he was by her side as he pulled her towards him. He knew they were expecting company, but he also knew they were accustomed to seeing them together. They were after all getting married. "I thought you'd like some company today so they didn't bore you half to death," the velvet voice added, a laugh thrown in.
He was about to say something else when he saw Rosalie come in and then Alice. They really knew how to time their entrances. As soon as they came in, their thoughts rushed through his head. Rosalie was thinkign about herself as usual, and of course Alice was thinking of Jasper. A small smile crossed his lips as he parted his lips slightly, saying in a tone too fast for human ears to pick up, "Ok Alice, try not to bore Bella to death before the wedding ok? And be careful not to get too carried away on certain subjects. As we all know by now, you can go off on your litle tangents sometimes," he added with a grin.

Maybe interesting was an understatement. Holding perfectly still Rosalie listened to see if anyone was going to come and answer the door. It only took her a few seconds to realize that no one was coming. She did hear something, but it wasn't footsteps. Instead she heard the voice singing rather loudly. So she's going to be like that. Rosalie took a deep breath, forcing herself to calm down. It was in the breath that she sensed Edward. Rose took off in the direction of Bella's window.
The bottom half of her long golden hair flounced in the wind as she climbed up and jumped through. The annoyed expression on her face changed into a canvas of no expression before her feet hit the floor. Only her eyes remained icy. Narrowing her topaz eyes, she shot Edward a quick glare. You could have let me in.
Rosalie stood silently, not trusting herself to talk yet. She looked down at her shoes for a brief second. As she looked back up Alice entered the room. "Hello, Bella." she said as sweetly as possible. "Edward. Alice." Rosalie's tone was still a bit icy, and she held back the urge to make a snide remark. "Shall we get started?"

Bella looked inanimately between the three Vampires that currently stood in her room. Now, more than before, she wanted to throw a temper tantrum. But instead, she kept it inside. 'NO! I WILL NOT START NOW! I DON'T WANT TO DO THIS! I HATE THE WEDDING! I HATE THIS! GET OUT OF MY ROOM! RIGHT NOW! I DON'T CARE ABOUT CAKE OR FLOWERS OR COLORS OR DRESSES OR LACE OR DECORATING OR BRIDESMAIDS OR WEDDING MUSIC OR ANYTHING! I WANT OUT!' She strongly resisted the urge to stamp her foot, and resorted to clamping her fists shut. This was for Alice and Edward. Bella had to remind herself of this little detail. The only reason she was going through with this was because of Alice and Edward. In order to become a Vampire, Bella would have to go through with the agreement she had made with Edward and get married.
At this point, she felt it would just be better if Bella let the Volturi get to her.
"Yay," Bella said looking at the obviously annoyed Rosalie and than to Alice, forcing a double thumbs up and a smile. Putting on this act was making Bella nauseous. It was obvious she would rather be sticking her fingers in an electrical socket than doing this.
The smile was only on Bella's features for a second before it fell completely and she slunk into a crossed-legged sitting position on the floor. Hopefully she wouldn't be here for too long, but knowing Alice... "What are we doing today?" there was obvious venom in Bella's tone. 'For Alice and Edward, for Alice and Edward, for Alice and Edward, for Alice and Edward...'

Quickly, Rosalie raised on of her perfectly arched eyebrows. She didn't need the ability to feel emotions like her brother Jasper to tell Bella's mood. It was rather obvious with the way she spoke and carried herself. As far as Rosalie was concerned, Bella's current mood was actually a good thing. If the human got to irritable then this would all be over soon. A small part of Rosalie wondered if Edward or Alice would notice just how unexcited Bella was. Probably not. Edward's too in love with her, and Alice is too enthusiastic about all of this.
In one fluid motion, Rosalie took two steps and sat down gracefully on the floor. She was careful to keep a good distance between herself and Isabella. Her topaz eyes looked at eyerything in the room except for the human. Just like the way Edward's bride-to-be showed her feelings through body language, Rosalie was positive that her feelings were also evident through her perfect features. She had to bite her lip for a second and remind herself to stay calm. "I think we should make sure all the simple things are taken care of first. The foundation is always most important." Rosalie looked down at her lap, not interested in everyone's reactions. She had volunteered to help, so that's what she was giving. So what if Bella might not appreciate it?

Alice gave a few blinks towards Bella's little excitement about getting started with all of them there, she wasn't any fool--she knew just as well as anyone else that Bella was not excited at all about the wedding, she knew that she was doing it for Edward and to possible make Alice happy as well, it was a reason she didn't bother Bella too much with all the details and anything else, she would usually go off to Edward and ask his opinion or even ask Esme's opinion, to see if she liked it and if she did, she wondered if Bella would like and she always got the same answer from both of them "She'll love it; Why not just go and ask Bella?" It was their normal responses towards her.
But, Alice gave a smile towards Bella, then looked off towards Rose, with a slight raised eyebrow, she could tell the blond hair girl didn't want to be here doing any of this as well; Alice was still tyring to figure out Rose's feelings and reactions to all of this, it seemed a little complicated and to be honest, she felt it was a little childish as well. But Alice loves her siblings and she wouldn't just up and say such things to any of them, unless they were Edward who could actually hear it, thus, causing Alice to try and not to think of such things.
"I agree with Rose." she said with a small nod "What all have you gotten done, Rose? I mean, I have done quite a lot of it myself, but I know I put you in charge of certain things as well.."
