Daphne shut the door behind her, locking the lock and leans up against it, if she was human, then she'd definately be breathing unevenly, she had just got back from her usually morning runs. She had started at around four in the morning and as she looked towards a clock on the wall, it was now showing that it was ten after six. A slight grin spread across the girls face, she knew a lot of people envy her because she could go for a..well, normal run like the rest of the humans for so long and not even seen worn out or anything.
Kicking her shoes off her feet, she makes her way over to the living room, plopping down on the couch and just laid there, staring up at the ceiling above her. There was never a TV within the houses that she lived in--she always tried to get into the television era when the first one was invented, but she could never get interested in what they would show on the screen. Even as the years went by and things progressed, nothing ever caught her interest, she'd rather be out running or sitting and reading a good book than to sit in front of something that will eventually cause little children's faces to grow pale over time and to eventually be over-weight.
The thought caused a laugh to escape from her lips. She could remember a few years ago about parents complaining about TV and video game violences. She put most of the blame on the parents, if you don't want your child to mock what they see, then simple move them away from the TV and video games, be a parent for god's sake.
