Age: eighteen [250-real age]
Sex: female

Species: Vampire
Brief (1-2 paragraphs) Personality Description:
Daphne is kind of a laid back person. She can be pretty reasonable when it comes to certain things. Depending on her mood, she may like you or hate you, never take it personally. She can be caring, loving, hateful, ruthless, rude, stubborn and of course, a down right bitch. Like I said, it all depends on the mood she really is in.
You never want to cross Daphne when she is in a bad mood, if you do, you better pray for your life, because you may lose it, especially if you are a human. No, she doesn’t have anything against humans, but she is new to being just drinking pure animal blood, so she can tend to not want to go on a hunt and get a little crazy.
Daphne can also show out her human-like appearances and abilities better than probably any human can ever be a human themselves. She tends to try to be the perfect human, even though she knows that is near impossible on her end, but she does anything and everything to make herself more human-like than vampire.
Daphne can also be a bit of a narcissistic, she can sometimes be found staring at herself within a mirror, she enjoys the way she looks--she has always been that way, even before she was turned into a vampire--and now that she is a vampire, she is more of a narcissistic than ever before.
Any history that others may need to know (2 paragraphs):
Daphne grew up in the outskirts of London, England; on some farm land with her parents and two siblings—an older brother and twin sister. In the year 1758, the year that Daphne became the new person that she still is today, the day her whole life changed before her eyes. Her parents were getting sick with a disease going around Europe, there seemed to be no cure for it at all. Her mother was the first to pass away from the disease, her, her father, and her siblings had been told that they were fine and that there was no way that they would catch the disease. A few months later, a few days before her birthday, Daphne’s brother got the disease and passed away on the day of her eighteen birthday.
About two months later, Daphne was out and about, shopping for some things to take home to help her father cook some dinner for the three of them that were still left. Daphne had started to feel light headed—she thought maybe it was because she hadn’t really eaten anything in a while that day, and she must be getting really hungry then. She stumbled a bit down a darken alley way, where there was barely any light shining down on her and for what she knew, she was alone. Daphne had slumped down against a brick wall, her head was spinning, everything around her was spinning—she knew right there was she sick and had a feeling she wasn’t going to live for much longer.
The last thing Daphne remembers from that day, was a man standing over her, she pleaded for the man to make her better, to make the pain and dizziness to go away. After that, she had awoken several days later, in a strange home, with a man sitting in a chair near by, watching over her. She had felt completely different; she didn’t feel sick any more. But there was something else wrong with her, she didn’t feel…alive, she had a craving for blood, anyone’s blood, she didn’t matter whose it was. That’s when Daphne lost it and attacked her savior, she torn him from limb to limb, his blood trailing down her throat and the sides of her mouth.
After that, Daphne ran away from the town, heading off towards the city of London, trying to figure out who she was. That’s when Daphne ran into a family of vampires residing within the city of London. They took her in, helped her out and showed her of who she was going to be for all eternity. This family she had been living with fed off the blood of the innocent humans that roamed around London. They would attack them in the dead of darkness when they would stagger out of a bar or even those that were just younger students, attending a near by university.
A few centuries later, after Daphne strayed away from the family in London, she made her way to the states, where she ended up in New York for a few years, there she was almost caught of killing the innocent lives of the humans that lived within the busy city of NYC. She knew then, she’d have to control herself. She tracked down a family in upper-state New York, that were of vampires and lived off the blood of animals, she begged and pleaded with them to help her change her ways of her feeding habits, they gave her a shot and helped her out as much as they could. Once Daphne thought she was stable enough to leave the family and go off on her own, she moved away from the busy state of New York and made her way west, towards Washington. This is where Daphne resides at now, she’s been pretty kept to herself for a few years, til just recently when she heard of some news about a vampire war going on, she wanted so much to get involve, but stuck with herself and kept herself away from it. She thought it would be best to get away from the city of Seattle and move towards a quitter, little town, where she thought nothing ever went wrong and everything was perfect—or at least she thought. She moved into the town of Forks, where she didn’t know the things that she read of, had actually been here and of the reasons as to why that resided here in this little town as well.
Sample RP In Character (4 paragraphs):
Daphne strolled quietly through the darken streets of Forks. The only light that was shown around was either from a rare car going by, or the street lights that lined the streets. Thoughts just rolled through her mind—she thought about her past quit a lot, she even tried to remember of her family, but those thoughts eventually faded away with the time. Daphne wished she could have seen her father and twin one last time before she ever became who she was, she had no clear memory of them, she couldn’t even remember if her twin looked liked her or not, and if she didn’t, she wished she knew what she looked like. She couldn’t even remember what her father looked like, or even remember anything about her mother and older brother, at least, she thought she had one, she wasn’t even for sure if she had a brother or not—of course she’d have to have a mother, but who knew if she ever knew of her or not.
A small sigh came from the girls pale lips, it’s not like she really needed the sigh, she didn’t need the air, she didn’t need to inhale or exhale, but to look like human around everyone else, she needed to at least pretend she needed to the air around her. She kept her senses sharp whenever she was out and about around the town of Forks, even though to her, she had no clue of what possible danger one could actually be in when around here. Daphne as one of them, she might as well as been clueless just like the humans that occupied the small town.
But tonight, she wasn’t all that sharp with her senses at the moment being, she was more wrapped up in her thoughts, that she could just aimlessly walk in front of a car and not even know if, til she was most likely hit with the thing, but even then, she wouldn’t feel it, the car would have more harm done to it then to her own body. Her eyes just stayed staring down at the sidewalk she walked on, it was still wet from the rain earlier that day. That was something she didn’t really like about this town, was that it rained a lot. But, it was usually always a good thing—the town was always dark and a bit gloomy—cloudy for sure, little sunshine shone over this town. This meant, Daphne was always free to roam about the town without having to worry about getting herself caught for who she really was to be.
Daphne knew that if she was to be seen in the sunlight in front of a group of people, they’d wonder how she was to have her skin be glimmering in the sun. They’d start to whisper and if there was to be any other people within the town of Forks that looked like she did—pale, beautiful, lovely butterscotch color eyes and sometimes black when they have not feed in a while, those with the looks that any girl could kill for—she knew that they’d hunt them down and see if their skin did what her’s did. Then of course, she’d had to deal with the Volturi family and that was something she didn’t want to deal with—she’d for sure be lifeless and dead. Gone for good.
Thus, this caused another sigh to escape from her pale lips, as she lifts her head up to actually see where she was going. To her surprise she was actually still on a sidewalk, she wasn’t walking fast, so anyone going by could see her, but sometimes when she walked slowly, it would seem as though she was just floating. Daphne did, of course, love going fast. Every chance she got, she’d run off towards the forest and take a run through there. Even to keep up with her human appearance, you could always see her running like the humans do on the sidewalks early in the morning.
